Welcome to Ridgeline Party Rentals. By booking a rental or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payments
- Reservations: A reservation is only confirmed once scheduling is confirmed, a deposit (or full payment if applicable) is received and the rental agreement is signed.
- Payment: Full payment is due prior to delivery/set up. For advance orders, final payment is due 14 days prior to scheduled delivery. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified during checkout.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund or future credit of the deposit amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Weather Cancellations: Cancellations due to inclement weather and/or high wind forecasts are accepted up to 48-hours prior to scheduled delivery. However, Ridgeline Party Rentals always reserves the right to cancel any transaction or set up that is deemed unsafe at any time. When a delivery is cancelled due to weather, any deposit received is returned only as a future credit.

- Proper Use: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. No food, drinks, silly string, confetti, fireworks or sharp objects are allowed on or near inflatables.
- Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone delivery in the event of expected severe weather (including but not limited to: sustained winds over 15-20mph, heavy rain, or lightning). If weather conditions become unsafe during your event, the supervising adult must immediately evacuate and deflate as needed.
4. Condition of Equipment
- Cleanliness: Equipment is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered. A cleaning fee may be applied if items (especially linens and concessions) are returned with excessive debris or stains. Silly string and confetti can be extremely damaging to inflatables and may cause permanent discoloration which can result in a charge for full replacement of the item.
