How to Estimate Delivery Fees...

1. Free Delivery, Set Up and Pick Up when it's within 15 miles

At Ridgeline Party Rentals, we offer free delivery, set up, and pick up for all locations that are within 15 miles (using Olde Mill golf course in Laurel Fork as the point of reference).

2. Delivery Fee based on distance for locations more than 15 miles

We charge a $50 delivery and pick up service fee for locations that are between 16 to 25 miles away from the Olde Mill golf course in Laurel Fork. We charge a $100 delivery and pick up service fee for locations that are more than 26 miles away.

Why is a delivery fee needed?

Each party rental requires four trips for our delivery team. For Set Up, we travel from our office to your location and then back to our office. And then, when Pick Up is needed, we again travel back and forth. This means that a delivery target only 15-miles away requires 60 miles of driving. The cost of fuel, vehicle maintenance, and driver time all quickly add up!

3. Scheduled Delivery or Pick Up

We provide you with a four-hour window for delivery and pick up, which gives us a little flexibility on scheduling. If you require a more specific appointment, please call in advance to determine if that is possible. If same day pick up is needed, it must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance and an additional service fee of $100 may be required.

4. Other information

We call you to go over the details and requirements for your rental. Sufficient space on level ground is needed for all inflatables and tents. Power and water requirements must also be met as needed. You must be able to inform the delivery team of any underground power or water lines prior to set up. And there must be ample access for a 40-inch motorized dolly.
