At Ridgeline Party Rentals, we offer free delivery fees for our party rental delivery services, including set up and pickup services, for all locations within 15 miles, using Olde Mill golf course in Laurel Fork as the reference point.

We have delivery fees for our party rental delivery service that include a $50 fee for locations situated between 16 to 25 miles from the Olde Mill golf course in Laurel Fork. For locations that are over 26 miles away, we apply a $100 delivery fee, which also covers our setup and pickup services.

Each party rental delivery involves four trips for our delivery team. For setup and pickup services, we travel from our office to your location and then back to our office. When it's time for pickup, we again make the round trip. This means that a delivery target just 15 miles away requires 60 miles of driving. Consequently, the delivery fees associated with fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and driver time can quickly add up!

We provide you with a four-hour window for party rental delivery and pickup, offering some flexibility in our scheduling. If you need a more specific appointment, please call in advance to check if that is possible. For same-day pickup services, it must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance, and please note that delivery fees may apply along with an additional service fee of $100.
